The YT-82459 soldering station is made with ESD-safe, whichóra guarantees no accumulation of excess electrostatic charge on the housing. This reduces the risk of damage to sensitive SMD circuitsós, for example. It heats up to an operating temperature of 350°C in about 25 seconds.
The Temperature Stabilization function allows you to maintain the set temperature of the soldering tip under different conditions of heat demand to make a proper soldering joint. The soldering tip, depending on the size of the soldering element and the soldering field, gives off more or less heat, and the device, with the help of a tip temperature sensor built into the heater, constantly reads its real value and correlates it to the set temperature, then, depending on the needs, increases or decreases the power consumption to maintain the set temperature. The best effect of this function will be obtained by selecting a blade with an inside diameter as close as possible to the diameter of the heater. We recommend arrowheads with an inside diameter in the range of 4.0 to 4.5 mm
The hibernation function of the device allows the station to go into standby mode, which automatically reduces the operating temperature to 200°C. This avoids unnecessary heating of the blade, which significantly extends its life. Model YT-82459 allows you to set the operator's idle time after which the station will go into standby mode from 1 to 99 minutes.
The automatic shutdown function allows the station to turn off after the idle time selected in the settings. The YT-82459 model allows the operator to set an idle time after which the station will turn off from 1 to 99 minutes.
