The YT-82457 hot-air soldering station is made with ESD-safe technology, which guarantees no accumulation of excess electrostatic charge on the housing. This reduces the risk of damage to sensitive SMD circuits, for example. It heats up to an operating temperature of 350°C in about 6 seconds.
The temperature stabilization function allows you to maintain the preset blowing temperature under varying conditions of heat demand to make a proper solder joint. Thanks to a temperature sensor built into the heater, the real temperature of the air blown out of the nozzle is read in real time and correlated to the set temperature. The station then increases or decreases power consumption as needed to maintain the set temperature.
The automatic cool down function combined with the hibernation function allows the hot-air module to cool the nozzle to 100°C and then go into sleep mode. The operator, after the work is done, should put the handle in a plastic holder with a built-in sensor activation element, at which time the nozzle is cooled down and automatically hibernates. Picking up the handle from the handle automatically activates the hot-air module to the pre-set parametersós.
The settings memory function allows saving favorite temperature settings to three memory channels. Once saved, the operator can quickly switch to previously saved settings.
