Professional turbo gas burner YT-36715.
YATO burner designed for professional applications. Especially recommended for hydraulic and installation work, it allows:
- hard soldering - copper pipes with a diameter of up to 32mm
- soft soldering - copper pipes with a diameter of up to 100mm
- welding.
Thanks to the use of highest quality components, such as brass body, the burner allows to reach a temperature of 28000C and power of 2.0kW. It is powered by propane gas or MAPP mixture, enabling to achieve very high performance parameters without the need to connect additional gas cylinders. Gas consumption is 142g/h, and pressure is 2.59MPa.
The burner is equipped with a TURBO nozzle producing a swirling flame. This increases the gas flow, resulting in significantly higher efficiency and faster heating of pipes.
The YATO burner has a number of very useful features:
- PIEZO ignition - facilitates lighting the gas without the need for an external lighter
- trigger lock - protects against accidental burner activation
- continuous operation lock - particularly useful during longer work. It allows to lock the burner in the on position without the need to hold the button with a finger
- gas regulation - allows to adjust the flame power according to needs
An important advantage of the YATO burner is the AUTO START/STOP function. Thanks to a special design and built-in valve, operating the burner is very convenient and allows to handle it with just one hand. The burner is started by pressing a single button and only works when it is pressed. When the button is released, the burner automatically turns off. There is no need to turn off the gas supply every time. This significantly facilitates and speeds up work. It also reduces gas consumption.
The YATO burner can be operated at a 360-degree angle, allowing for safe work in any position, even in the most difficult to reach places.
The burner has a connection for gas cylinders with G1"F thread. Additionally, an adapter is included in the set, allowing to connect cylinders with G7/16"F connection. This enables to connect both types of cylinders used on the market to the YATO burner.
Usage warnings:
The device should be used only with reusable containers containing technical propane-butane gas, equipped with a threaded connector.
Gas containers must comply with EN 417.
Use only in well-ventilated areas.
Read the instructions before using this device.
Make connections or changes to containers in a flameless atmosphere, away from bystanders.
Use safety glasses when using the kit.
Turning off the burner: Turn the control knob all the way in the direction marked "OFF". The flame will go out spontaneously.
Be careful, because the metal parts of the burner have been heated during operation. Leave to cool down.
