The YATO calibrator is very useful during any work with PEX-AL.-PEX or PERT-AL.-PERT. Designed for pipes with diameters:
This is because when cutting these pipes, their profile is flattened. Subsequently, installing any fittings on them can result in leaks and very costly repairs.
Calibrations
YATO calibrators also combine the function of internal and external deburring.
Each calibrator size has special inner as well as outer blades on both sides. With this design, all worked tubes are simultaneously calibrated to give them a perfectly round cross-section for a leak-free connection, and then deburred to even out the edges and allow the tube to be pressed evenly to the very end of the fitting.

How to use:
Insert the calibrator into the pipe all the way, turning it clockwise and counterclockwise. Then, making 2-3 rotations of 360 degrees, deburr the tip.
